Welcome to the Gay Hotline ("the Service", "we", "us"). By calling 1-800-357-6366 or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
The Gay Hotline is strictly for adults 18 years of age or older. By using the Service you represent and warrant that you are at least 18. We may terminate access for anyone who is, or who we reasonably believe to be, under 18.
The Gay Hotline is a live telephone chat service that lets adults record greetings and connect with other callers. Availability of callers varies by time and day. We provide the platform that connects calls; we do not screen, endorse, or take responsibility for other users or the content of their conversations.
New callers may be offered a free 5-minute trial. The trial is for first-time callers, is subject to availability, may be limited or withdrawn at any time, and may not be combined with other offers. No credit card is required for the trial itself.
After any free trial, continued use requires the purchase of paid minutes or a package. Applicable rates are disclosed before you incur charges. Standard carrier, mobile, and long-distance fees from your phone provider may also apply. You are responsible for all charges incurred on your line.
You agree to use the Service lawfully and respectfully. You will not: harass, threaten, defraud, or impersonate others; solicit or engage in any illegal activity; share content involving minors; record other callers without consent; or use the Service for commercial solicitation. We may suspend or terminate access for any misuse.
You interact with other callers at your own risk. We are not responsible for the conduct of any user, online or offline. If you choose to meet another caller in person, you do so entirely at your own risk. Exercise caution and common sense.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 30 days.
This site may link to third-party services, including FKBook and other chat lines in our network. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
